Located at the current site of the Las Olas Riverfront, New River Las Olas encompasses an area of approximately 3.85 acres. Current plans for the project include the creation of three high-rise towers: one residential tower, one hotel tower, and one office tower. Located just a few blocks from the City's Arts, Museum, and Historic Districs, New River at Las Olas is part of the city of Fort Lauderdale's Master Plan to revitalize and contribute to the historic splendor of Fort Lauderdale's popular city center.
