Every developer in West Palm Beach has a sales gallery, a brand and a story about why its tower is the one. None of them represents you. We do, across all of them.
The Premier Connection is the new development division of Premier Listings, a Florida brokerage founded in 2015 by broker Jordana Tobel with offices in Delray Beach and Wilton Manors and agents across Palm Beach and Broward counties. The division exists because new construction is a different trade from resale: the inventory is not on the MLS, the contracts are written by developers, the prices change by release and the buildings do not exist yet.
This site is the research. Each building has its own page built from the developer’s releases, city filings and major press, with every source listed and every page dated. We do not publish a price we cannot trace, and when sources disagree we say so rather than pick the flattering number.
The service is simple. Tell us what you want. We narrow the list, send the live price sheets, register you with each developer, book the galleries in one day and drive. A condominium attorney reads the contract inside your statutory window. At closing, your buyer rebate comes back to you as a credit, which Florida’s Real Estate Commission rule expressly permits with full disclosure.
We are not the developer, the developer’s sales agent or an affiliate of any project on this site. That is the point.

Why use a buyer's advisor for new construction?
The sales gallery represents the developer. An independent advisor compares every building, reads the contract and deposit terms with you, asks the questions in writing and returns part of the developer-paid commission to you at closing.
