Private viewing questions
How does a private viewing work?
Choose the residences and tell us when you are in town. We register you with each developer before your first contact, book the sales gallery appointments back to back, send current availability before you arrive and drive you between them. A video presentation is available if you are not yet in Florida.
Is there a fee for a private viewing?
No. Developers pay the buyer's brokerage on every sale whether or not the buyer brings one, and part of it is returned to you as a credit at closing. There is no obligation to buy.
How soon can I see the residences?
Usually within days. In season the best appointment times go first, so share your dates in town and an advisor confirms an itinerary the same business day.
