Questions

About the Journal

What is the Premier Connection Journal?

The research desk's reporting on new South Florida condominiums: building briefs, side-by-side comparisons, ownership costs, buyer's guides and market reports for Palm Beach County and Broward County. Every figure is sourced and dated, and building figures update from the index as the research changes.

Are these articles written by the developers?

No. The Premier Connection is an independent buyer's brokerage and is not the developer or the developer's sales agent for any building covered. Where sources disagree, the article says so.

How do I get current pricing for a building in an article?

Developers do not publish price sheets online. Ask for the price sheet from any article or building page and an advisor sends the current release, floor plans and deposit terms, usually the same business day.
