Questions
About the reports
Where do the figures in these reports come from?
Every figure is computed from our building records, which cite developer releases, city approvals and published press. Starting prices are the lowest published price for each tower that is selling now. Nothing on a report is estimated by hand.
What does the full report add?
Current price sheets, the residences still available line by line and recent resales nearby. Developers do not publish those online, so Jordana prepares them and sends them to you directly.
Is there a Fort Lauderdale or Broward report?
Yes. Fort Lauderdale Beach, Las Olas and downtown, Pompano Beach and Hillsboro Mile, and Hollywood and Hallandale Beach each have a report, and the Broward ledger records every condo sale in the county from the tax roll.
