The partnership built 830 Brickell and Una Residences in Miami. Doronin is also chairman of Aman, which is why OLIN was widely rumored to be an Aman residence; the developers have stated it is not. Michael Dell's BDT & MSD Partners provided a $55 million pre-development loan in January 2026 and Corcoran runs sales.
