Who is building South Florida's new towers

A developer’s record is the best predictor of whether a 2029 date holds. Here is every company with a tower finished, rising, approved or proposed, in Palm Beach County first and then Broward County. Related Ross and the Related Group share a name and are often confused.

Questions

Developer questions

Who are the major condo developers in West Palm Beach?

The new towers are being built by national and local developers including Related Ross, the Related Group, Savanna, Kolter Urban, Great Gulf, Property Markets Group and others. Each developer page lists its buildings in the West Palm Beach and Palm Beach footprint with sourced facts.

Who is building new condos in Fort Lauderdale?

The Related Group has the most towers in Broward: Andare on Las Olas, the St. Regis at Bahia Mar, Icon Beach and Portofino in Hollywood, Rosewood on Hillsboro Mile, and Casamar, the Waldorf Astoria and W in Pompano Beach. Fortune International, Naftali Group, Property Markets Group, Tavistock, Merrimac Ventures and Witkoff with PPG are among the others, each with its own page.

Does it matter which developer builds my condo?

Yes. Delivery record, financing, the quality of the association budget and how warranty issues are handled all follow the developer. Each developer page sets out the track record in this market so you can weigh it alongside the building.

Is The Premier Connection affiliated with any developer?

No. The Premier Connection is an independent buyer's brokerage and is not the developer or the developer's sales agent for any building. Developers pay the buyer's brokerage on each sale, and part of it is returned to you at closing.
