WellDuo is a South Florida development and investment partnership led by Eduardo Pelaez Romer, with residential, office, hospitality and retail holdings including Mirai in the Miami Design District. Vertical Developments, led by Fernando de Nunez and backed by Peru's VYV Grupo Inmobiliario, focuses on boutique branded condominiums such as ELLE Residences in Edgewater and Avenia Interiors by Fendi Casa in Aventura. For Riva Residenze the partners hold the Harbor Drive lots through Ocean Harbor Properties, LLC, which bought them for $8 million in April 2022 and licenses the Riva name from Ferretti S.p.A. The project was unveiled in November 2024 from $3.5 million with Arquitectonica as architect and Fortune Development Sales as exclusive broker. As of October 2026 no groundbreaking or construction financing had been announced and the lots remained vacant on the tax roll.
