The Premier Connection

Fort Partners

Fort Partners, led by Nadim Ashi, developed the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences at the Surf Club in Surfside and owns the Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach. In 2026 it gained control of 60 of 61 units at Harbor Towers on South Flagler Drive.

Fort is the developer most associated with branded oceanfront residences in South Florida, which is why its West Palm assemblage draws attention. The company also bought the Tideline Palm Beach Ocean Resort next to its Four Seasons on the island in 2026 for about $150 million. It has filed no residential plan in West Palm Beach.

  • In a September 2026 swap, an entity tied to Related Ross sold 21 Harbor Towers units to a Fort Partners affiliate and bought Fort's multifamily parcels at 3906 Washington Road and 3907 South Flagler Drive.
