Greene's downtown One West Palm towers were built over years of delay and drew a city penalty. His Currie Park condominiums have been approved in part, litigated and partially settled through a 2026 land swap, with final approvals outstanding. He has said West Palm Beach has never been a pre-sale market and that he will hold sales until the market absorbs the current supply.
Jeff Greene sued the City of West Palm Beach in October 2025 under the Bert Harris Act over the stalled approval of his Currie Park towers.
