MICL (Man Infraconstruction Limited) describes more than six decades in construction and development, with over 3 million square feet under active development in India, including Aaradhya Avaan in South Mumbai, which the Sun Sentinel reported at more than 980 feet. Admire Capital, founded and led by Diana Ulis and described by The Real Deal as an affiliate of her DA Capital Group, is a Miami development and investment firm. At 551 Bayshore Drive, Property Markets Group (PMG) is the development manager and Douglas Elliman Development Marketing handles sales.
The partners' entity, 551 Bayshore SPE LLC, bought the 1.54-acre Intracoastal site for $30 million in September 2023 after Location Ventures stepped back from an earlier EDITION-branded plan. They opened a sales gallery on North Fort Lauderdale Beach Boulevard in April 2026, announced the first sale, a 2-story penthouse, in October 2026 and expect to break ground in the first quarter of 2027 with completion in 2029. No construction loan had been announced as of October 2026.
