Naftali Group says it has spent more than 35 years developing residential and commercial buildings worth more than $15 billion in total, most of them in Manhattan: The Henry, The Benson, The Bellemont, 255 East 77th, 200 East 83rd and work at The Plaza Hotel, along with Williamsburg Wharf in Brooklyn. It also runs a lending arm, Naftali Credit Partners. Its formula is the one it brings to Fort Lauderdale: a named architect, a named interior designer and a hospitality partner.
In Fort Lauderdale the company's affiliates hold a 1.5-acre block at 201 North Federal Highway, placed in a land trust in 2024. The condominium is offered by 201 N Federal Highway Condo LLC, which the fact sheet names as developer of record. The tower pairs Arquitectonica architecture with Rockwell Group interiors, the Viceroy hotel brand and an h.wood Group restaurant and members club. Sales run from a gallery at 451 NE 4th Street. As of October 2026 the site was still recorded as vacant land.
