Karma Executive Homes is co-applicant. The design architect is KORA of Brooklyn, with Adache Group Architects as architect of record and Crush Law as land use counsel.
The project has been in development since 2023; the revised plans replace a 17-story tower on a single parcel and add 2 two-story penthouses of up to 9,664 square feet, with completion estimated for 2028. The application has sat on Planning and Zoning Board agendas since December 2025 with repeated deferrals and was not scheduled as of October 2026.
