Harbor Drive is a short residential street of 2-story apartment buildings and mid-rise condominiums on the Intracoastal side of Harbor Beach, just north of the 17th Street Causeway. Pier Sixty-Six and Bahia Mar are nearby, and the beach is a block east across A1A.

The approvals
The zoning allows 120 feet by right and up to 240 feet as a conditional use approved by the Planning and Zoning Board. The application also asks to cut the side and rear yards from 120 feet to between 15 and 25 feet. It was first listed for the December 17, 2025 board meeting and carried through January, February, March and June 2026 with deferrals; the August meeting was cancelled and the case had not returned as of October 2026.
