The Frisbie family has built and sold in Palm Beach for decades; Suzanne Frisbie leads sales at South Flagler House for Corcoran. Easton Street's own projects sit at the top of the market: a 16-residence full-floor tower on Arkona Court expected near $20 million per residence, and two for-sale towers on the hospital campus at 1309 North Flagler. Neither had a formal application on file by October 2026.
Tenet's Palm Beach Health Network and Easton Street Capital announced a $2 to $3 billion Good Samaritan campus plan in February 2026 including two 25-story for-sale towers of about 150 units each.
