Terra's Miami work includes Five Park, Grove at Grand Bay and the Eighty Seven Park tower. In West Palm Beach it has moved fast: Mr. C sold more than 85 percent before the structure reached its midpoint, and the company has also bid about $100 million for the Regency Surf & Racquet Club farther north. A St. Regis brand has been rumored for the Flagler towers without confirmation.
Mr. C Residences West Palm Beach surpassed 85 percent sold by July 2026 with completion slated for 2027.
