Related Ross was formed when Ross split his Florida holdings from Related Companies in 2024 and moved his base to West Palm Beach. The office portfolio, One Flagler, 360 Rosemary, 515 Fern and others, is what brought the financial firms whose executives buy the condominiums. South Flagler House, the first, secured Florida's largest condominium construction loan of 2025 at $600 million and reported more than $500 million in sales in a single quarter.
