Icon Beach Waterfront Residences is Related Group and BH Group's 38-story tower of 350 condominiums at 3724 South Ocean Drive, on the Intracoastal side of A1A across from The Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood. Meyer Davis designed the interiors and CFE Architects the building. Construction started after a $360 million loan, and the developer quotes residences from $850,000 for 1 to 3 bedrooms.

About Icon Beach Waterfront Residences
CFE Architects, the Miami firm behind Veneto on Las Olas, designed a 38-story glass tower with curved balcony edges on a roughly 3.5-acre site between South Ocean Drive and the Intracoastal. Witkin Hults + Partners did the landscape. Published plans show up to 10 residences on a typical floor.
Related Group and BH Group secured a $360 million construction loan from Tyko Capital and held the groundbreaking on June 18, 2026. The developer entity on the plan sheets is Diplomat Landings Phase 1 Owner, LLC, and the sales gallery is next door at Diplomat Landing.
