Jorge Pérez's Related Group, often with Isaac and Liat Toledano's BH Group as partner, is building the Ritz-Carlton Residences at 1717 North Flagler, holds approval for Rosewood Residences at 2001 and owns the dormant Apogee site at 4906. In Broward it has more towers than any other developer, from Andare on Las Olas to the Waldorf Astoria and W in Pompano Beach. It is a separate company from Related Ross.

Related Group is the most prolific condominium developer in South Florida, with dozens of towers from Brickell to Fort Lauderdale. BH Group has co-developed most of its recent projects. On North Flagler the partnership's playbook is branded residences, the Ritz-Carlton and Rosewood, sold through Douglas Elliman from a gallery on Palm Beach island.

In Broward the company works with a different partner on almost every site: Casamar in Pompano Beach is finished; Andare by Pininfarina on Las Olas and Icon Beach in Hollywood, with BH Group, are under construction; Rosewood Residences on Hillsboro Mile, with Dezer Development, and the Waldorf Astoria in Pompano Beach, with Merrimac Ventures, have topped out; the St. Regis at Bahia Mar, with Tate Capital and Rok Acquisitions, and W Pompano Beach, with BH Group, are in pre-sales; and Portofino Hollywood is approved on city-owned land.

Buyers routinely confuse Related Group with Related Ross. They share a history, Stephen Ross co-founded Related Companies with Pérez in the 1970s, but they are separate businesses with separate projects on the same corridor.

  • Related Group and BH Group secured a $200 million construction loan from Madison Realty Capital for the Ritz-Carlton Residences, West Palm Beach in March 2026 with the building more than 70 percent presold.
