These Broward towers are under construction or topped out. Andare Residences by Pininfarina is rising on Las Olas and Sage Intracoastal on the Intracoastal; the Waldorf Astoria and the Ritz-Carlton Residences in Pompano Beach and Rosewood on Hillsboro Mile have topped out; and in Hollywood and Hallandale Beach, The Residences at Shell Bay has topped out and Icon Beach broke ground in June 2026.

A building that has topped out has its structure finished and is working through facade, interiors and inspections, usually 12 to 18 months from closing. A tower that has just broken ground is 2 to 3 years away. Each building page carries the dated source for its stage.
