Apogee is Related Group's approved but dormant boutique tower at 4906 North Flagler Drive, a 1.45-acre waterfront lot north of Currie Park. The Planning Board rejected a 25-story, 46-unit version in December 2023; Related returned with 21 stories, about 235 feet and 39 residences, which the board endorsed in January 2025 and the City Commission rezoned on March 17, 2025. Reporting that September said construction would begin in early 2026 for a 2028 completion. By October 2026 there was no sales launch, no pricing and no visible construction, while the same developer broke ground on the Ritz-Carlton Residences and won approval for Rosewood Residences farther south.

The 4900 block is in Northwood Harbor just north of the Rybovich marina, between Alba Palm Beach and the Mandarin Oriental site. It is a low-rise residential stretch where neighbors raised view, construction and historic-house concerns during the 2023 review, which is why the project came back 25 percent smaller.
