The Ritz-Carlton Residences, West Palm Beach brings the Marriott-licensed brand to North Flagler Drive: a 27-story tower of 138 two- to four-bedroom residences at 1717 North Flagler by Related Group and BH Group, with Arquitectonica architecture and interiors by Rockwell Group. Sales opened in January 2025 from $2.5 million, the building was more than 70 percent presold when it broke ground on February 24, 2026, and Madison Realty Capital provided a $200 million construction loan the following month. Remaining residences start at $3 million and completion is targeted for 2028.

About The Ritz-Carlton Residences, West Palm Beach
Related Group, Jorge Pérez's Miami company, bought the two-acre site in 2021 and partnered with BH Group, the firm that has co-developed much of Related's recent condominium work. The building is a stand-alone residence under Ritz-Carlton management with no hotel attached, which distinguishes it from Mr. C downtown. Penthouse A went to contract at $16.95 million in June 2026, reported as the highest price on North Flagler by both total and per square foot.
The official site is careful to note the tower is not oceanfront and that depictions are conceptual. The building's water is the Intracoastal, with Palm Beach and the Atlantic beyond for east-facing homes.

The 1700 block of North Flagler is the southern end of the new tower cluster, two blocks south of Shorecrest and Olara and a short walk to the 1900-block waterfront. Downtown and the Flagler Memorial Bridge are about a mile south; Northwood Village is a few blocks west. The marketed address of 1745 North Flagler differs from the 1717 permit address, which is the same parcel.
