Andare Residences is Related Group's 163-residence tower at 521 East Las Olas Boulevard, designed with Pininfarina, the Italian studio best known for Ferrari bodywork, and drawn by CFE Architects. Related describes it as the tallest residential tower planned in Broward County, at 46 stories by broker count. Construction started in May 2025. A broker price sheet from October 2026 starts 2-bedroom homes at about $2.2 million, and the largest penthouse combination is quoted at $16 million.

About Andare Residences by Pininfarina
The tower is wrapped in continuous white balcony bands that ripple floor to floor, Pininfarina's reading of waves and car-body lines, over a podium faced in green-tinted glass with an arched entrance canopy on Las Olas. Brokers put the height near 540 feet. The base will hold a lobby-level restaurant; Related announced in April 2025 that a restaurant group had signed for space, and broker material names Tim Petrillo's TRP as the operator of about 6,000 square feet.
The program changed during sales. Early listings under the working name Las Olas Condominiums described 45 stories and 192 residences; the current plan is 163 residences, with combination homes and 4 named penthouses absorbing what used to be smaller units. The parcel at 521 East Las Olas is held by RD 3B LLC, an entity mailed to Related Group's Coconut Grove headquarters.

Every residence has a private elevator and foyer and a terrace.
Finishes include 10-foot ceilings in living areas, Italian cabinetry and counters designed by Pininfarina, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances and Hansgrohe fixtures in primary baths. One detail matters for pricing: the website lists interiors 13% to 25% larger than a November 2025 developer plan set for the same units, for example 1,812 versus 1,565 square feet for Residence 02A. Ask which figure the contract uses before comparing price per foot.

Pininfarina is credited with architectural design and the brand, CFE Architects of Miami Lakes (principals Sandy Peaceman and Art Robinson) is the architect, and Architectural Alliance Landscape of Fort Lauderdale handles the grounds. Andare is Pininfarina's first residential tower in Broward.

Andare Residences by Pininfarina location
The site is on the stretch of East Las Olas between the downtown office towers and the boutiques and restaurants that run toward the Intracoastal. Related's own sales copy puts the beach at less than a mile. The New River and the Riverwalk are a few blocks south. The tower is not on the water; ocean views come with height, and the developer's view tool shows the Atlantic from the 16th, 26th and 44th floors.

History
Related launched the website and renderings in October 2023, posted the first floor plans in January 2025 and announced the groundbreaking on May 19, 2025. Broker material reports a $230.8 million construction loan from Apollo and Athene and more than half the residences sold at groundbreaking; we could not confirm those figures against a lender or developer release. In October 2026 the official site reads Now Under Construction.
