Move in ready new condos West Palm Beach
Finished towers with developer inventory
Two new towers are finished and still have something to sell. Alba Palm Beach on North Flagler was completed in June 2026 at 95 percent sold and offers immediate occupancy on its final residences and penthouses. Forté on Flagler was delivered in 2025 and appears to have one developer penthouse left, with early resales trading around $10 million. Everything else on the Palm Beach waterfront is a contract for a future building.
A finished unit changes the paperwork. A resale carries a 7-business-day review period rather than 15 days, deed stamps and the owner's title policy follow local custom to the seller, there is no developer fee and the warranty is whatever remains of the developer's three-year term.
