Olara and the Ritz-Carlton Residences are both rising on North Flagler with 2028 delivery, and Maison d'Or on the South End targets late 2028 with groundbreaking planned for the end of 2026. A 2028 delivery means deposits held for about two years and, at the two towers already vertical, a realistic chance the date holds.
