Pre-construction condos West Palm Beach
Contract now and close when the tower exists
Pre-construction means the developer is writing contracts before vertical construction has started. The buyer gets first choice of floors and lines at launch pricing and accepts the longest hold: deposits in escrow or at work for two to four years, a developer-written contract, and a delivery date that is an estimate. Six buildings in the core footprint are in this phase, with deliveries from 2028 to about 2031.
Florida protects the first 10 percent of every pre-construction deposit in escrow until closing and gives the buyer 15 days to cancel after receiving the full disclosure package. The rest is negotiated in the contract: which deposits fund construction, what the outside date is, and what happens if the plan changes.
