The oceanfront towers north of Fort Lauderdale

Pompano Beach has become Broward's busiest stretch of new oceanfront condominiums. Casamar and Salato are finished; the Waldorf Astoria Residences and the Ritz-Carlton Residences on South Ocean Boulevard and Rosewood Residences on Hillsboro Mile have topped out; and W Pompano Beach, Ocean580 and Armani/Casa are in pre-sales. Most sit on the beach side of A1A.
