Six towers are under construction or topped out in West Palm Beach as of October 2026, with about 950 residences between them and construction loans of roughly $1.6 billion. These are the buildings where the risk is measured in months rather than years: the financing has closed, the presale thresholds have been met and the structure is visible. Deliveries run from 2027 to 2029.

Buying during construction trades the first-choice floors of a launch for certainty. Prices are usually higher than at launch and the remaining inventory is what earlier buyers passed over, but the outside date is near and the rendering has become a building.
