The entry tier of a very expensive market

Seven buildings publish entry pricing below $3 million, from Mr. C's furnished resort residences around $1.4 million to Alba's final homes just under $3 million. The entry price buys the smallest plan on a low floor; the same buildings run to $7 million and beyond for larger homes. Downtown and North Flagler are where this tier lives; nothing on South Flagler or the island qualifies.
