Towers with the water at the door

Most of the new towers in West Palm Beach sit directly on the Lake Worth Lagoon along Flagler Drive, and OLIN Palm Beach runs from the ocean to the lagoon on the island. Four of them, Olara, Alba, the Mandarin Oriental and Maison d'Or, include docks or slips. The downtown buildings, Mr. C, the Berkeley, Banyan Tree and Nora House, are inland; the Berkeley faces Clear Lake.

Olara has a private marina with house yachts; the Residences at Mandarin Oriental plans private slips with on-water arrival; Alba Palm Beach has day docks; Maison d'Or includes a boat dock in its plan. The Safe Harbor Rybovich towers, if built, would sit on a superyacht marina.
