West Palm Beach condo pipeline proposed approved
What comes after the cranes
Eight projects in the core footprint have no sales program: three are approved and waiting on their developers, five are proposed and waiting on the city or on a land closing. None can be purchased. They matter because they will frame the towers you can buy now, and because the first buyers to hear of a launch are the ones on a list before it opens.
