These projects have no sales program yet. The Amalfi on North Ocean Boulevard, Opus at 701 on Bayshore Drive, Portofino Hollywood and The Whitfield on Las Olas are approved; One North Birch, The Pillars and One on One Harbor Beach are in city review, and 50 Isle of Venice has been announced. None can be purchased, and the first buyers to hear of a launch are the ones on a list before it opens.

What condo towers are proposed in Fort Lauderdale?

On the beach, One North Birch and The Pillars on Birch Road and One on One Harbor Beach on Harbor Drive are in city review, and The Amalfi and Opus at 701 are approved. On the Las Olas Isles, 50 Isle of Venice was announced in November 2025. The Whitfield on Las Olas is approved, and Portofino Hollywood is approved but faces a lawsuit.
