Armani/Casa Residences Pompano Beach is a planned pair of 19-story towers at 1550 North Ocean Boulevard with 28 homes, 1 per floor, and interiors by the Armani/Casa design studio. 4 South Florida developers led by Tomas Sinisterra's SP Developments own the 0.6-acre lot, G3 AEC is the architect and West 8 designed the gardens. Launch prices started at about $5 million. Construction was due to begin in 2025, but no groundbreaking or financing has been reported and the sales website has not been updated since May 2025.

About Armani/Casa Residences Pompano Beach
The design is 2 slim, rounded towers of 19 stories on a shared podium, each wrapped in continuous curved terraces. Every floor of each tower holds a single home reached by its own 2 private elevators, and the top 2 floors of each tower form a 2-story penthouse with a rooftop terrace and spa pool. The 2022 filing for the same design put the height at about 205 feet, with 73 parking spaces and about 3,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space.
The partners announced the project in November 2024 as Armani's 3rd residential building in the United States after Residences by Armani/Casa in Sunny Isles Beach, with Fortune Development Sales taking reservations that fall. The Sun Sentinel reported a $170 million budget and a construction start in the 3rd quarter of 2025. By October 2026 none of the usual milestones had followed: no groundbreaking, no construction loan, no general contractor, and a March 2026 Sun Sentinel roundup of Pompano towers under way left it out.

Each home has a 360-degree wraparound terrace and floor-to-ceiling glass. Armani/Casa specifies the interiors: a Molteni kitchen with European marble counters and a full Gaggenau package, a primary bath with 2 rain showers and a freestanding tub, stone floors and Armani/Casa fixtures. Buyers were offered a $40,000 voucher toward Armani/Casa furnishings.

Armani/Casa Residences Pompano Beach location
The lot sits on the east side of A1A at NE 16th Street, about 1.2 miles north of the Pompano Beach pier and less than half a mile south of the Hillsboro Inlet. North Ocean Park and the public kite beach lie between the site and the water, so the towers face the ocean over parkland rather than standing on the sand. Casamar and Solemar are a few blocks south on North Ocean Boulevard, and the restaurants of the Pompano Beach Fishing Village are at the pier to the south.

History
A company led by Sinisterra bought the vacant lot for $3.2 million in 2015; the motel that once stood there was demolished in 2004. In 2022 a Sinisterra affiliate took an identical plan through Pompano Beach's Development Review Committee as Ocean Park Beach Residences: 2 towers, 19 stories, 28 condominiums by G3aec. The Armani/Casa name arrived with the new partners in 2024.

- The 2028 completion date comes from the November 2024 launch and has not been restated by the developers. A 2-year build from a 2026 or 2027 start would deliver later.
- The same 28-unit design was first filed in 2022 under another name, and the land has been held since 2015. The project has been relaunched once already.
- A public park sits between the building and the sand. Ask how the marketed beach access works on the approved site plan.
