Olara is the largest condominium under construction on North Flagler Drive: a 26-story tower of 275 residences at 1919 North Flagler, sharing a podium with a 170-unit rental building, developed by the New York firm Savanna. Arquitectonica designed the towers and Gabellini Sheppard the interiors around more than 80,000 square feet of wellness and leisure space, a private marina with house yachts and an 8,500-square-foot ground-floor restaurant from the José Andrés Group. Vertical construction began in December 2025, trackers placed the structure between the 15th and 18th floor by early autumn 2026, and the developer plans to top out in spring 2027 and complete in 2028. Pricing starts at $2 million.

About Olara
Savanna bought the 1.82-acre site at 1911 and 1919 North Flagler, won approval for two 26-story towers in December 2022 and opened sales in January 2023, which makes Olara the longest-running sales program on the corridor. A $380 million construction loan closed in March 2025, Gilbane and SavCon are building it, and in October 2025 Compass replaced Douglas Elliman as the sales team and wrote $250 million of contracts in the following winter season.
The design is a pair of stepped glass towers over a landscaped podium by EDSA, with the condominium tower on the water and the rental tower behind it. Olara is the only project on this list with a public restaurant at street level, a deliberate choice to pull the Nora District's dining energy a few blocks east to the lagoon.
Olara residences and prices
Two- to four-bedroom waterfront residences, some with dens, across 26 floors; every home faces the Intracoastal because the rental tower takes the western half of the site. Reported pricing runs from $1.7 million to above $10 million with per-square-foot figures between roughly $1,370 and $2,000 depending on floor and exposure. Unit counts appear as 275 and 287 in different reports; the developer's number is 275.
