The warehouse village between downtown and the water

- 1 new tower
The Nora District is a roughly 40-acre neighborhood of converted brick warehouses along North Dixie Highway, bounded by Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard, Quadrille Boulevard and the FEC railway, a ten-minute walk north of Clematis Street. Its master developers, NDT Development, Place Projects and Wheelock Street Capital, have filled it with restaurants, shops, offices and a boutique hotel since 2022. Nora House, an 11-story condominium of 117 residences by the Ronto Group, is the district's first for-sale building, selling from the low $2 millions for delivery in 2029.

What Nora is
Nora is the one part of the new West Palm Beach that was not built from scratch. The developers kept the industrial buildings and leased them to chefs and retailers, so the district reads as a village of two- and three-story brick with courtyards and alleys rather than towers. The Nora Hotel and 350 rental apartments round out the first phase; Nora House adds the owners.
For a buyer the comparison is simple. Banyan Tree and the Berkeley are towers downtown; Nora House is a mid-rise in a neighborhood with the restaurants on the ground floor. The trade is a water view for a walkable dinner.
The district in context
Currie Park and the North Flagler towers are a few blocks east across Dixie Highway, the Brightline station is a short walk south and the Northwood neighborhoods begin just north. The FEC corridor along the district's west edge carries both Brightline and freight trains, which is the one thing to experience on site before buying.
