Banyan Tree Residences West Palm Beach is an 88-residence tower planned for the southeast corner of Hibiscus Street and South Dixie Highway, one block from Rosemary Square. Mast Capital and Curated JCZM Development are building it with Banyan Group, the Singapore-based hotel company, as its first residential project in the United States. OMA designed the 25-story tower so that every home is a corner residence with a wraparound terrace; Yabu Pushelberg designed the interiors. Sales opened March 24, 2026 from $1.9 million, the Downtown Action Committee approved the project unanimously on August 12, 2026, and completion is targeted for 2029.

About Banyan Tree Residences West Palm Beach
The site is less than an acre, which is why OMA's Jason Long stacked the building as a slender tower of corners rather than a slab. The 10-story base zoning was lifted to 25 stories using transferred development rights at a 5.5 floor-area ratio, approved by the Downtown Action Committee in August 2026 over objections from the Save West Palm Beach group about traffic. The ground floor carries about 11,000 square feet of retail.
Banyan Group runs more than a hundred hotels, and ownership here includes the Sanctuary Club: preferred access to those hotels and some 140 spas and galleries in more than twenty countries. The project's full-floor wellness level is the brand's signature, with a meditation dome, hammam, cryotherapy, soaking baths and a cold plunge.
Banyan Tree Residences West Palm Beach residences and prices
One to four bedrooms plus a Penthouse Collection. Because the floor plate is small, each floor holds only a few homes and all of them wrap a corner with two exposures. Most have direct private elevator entry. Entry pricing was $1.9 million at launch and about $1.8 million by autumn 2026, roughly $1,200 per square foot, with the larger plans reported between $4.5 million and $15 million.
